There is nothing to dislike, it is that good. The best part is it's ready to go out the box, no putting this baby together. Don't waste your time using small units the Big Green will out perform them and be your friend for life.

I have been using big green for over 2 years now and have done countless end of lease cleaning with it. It has never failed to surprise every single client who has seen their carpet cleaned by big green. It is so simple to use. Not too heavy to carry around. The handle makes this an all in one machine that can be used for so many things including your car, sofa, mattress etc. Would highly recommend it.

It’s a quality machine that will last many years. Just don’t use boiling hot water which will damage flow indicator then you need replace it. Just use warm tap water as recommended. Don’t put any chemicals into the machine. You can use a garden sprayer for chemicals pre spraying. In terms of cleaning quality with bissell Oxy, it is no where close to professional cleaning quality so don’t expect too much from this machine even you are paying premium price but it dose the job. By the way it’s very heavy machine to move around. Unless you are strong person without any sore back, stay out of it and look for something lighter. It’s very loud as well.
