Cap was ok thread slightly different but could knock it on to operate

wrong part and since found out cannot buy any parts for my model

Wont by any Bissell products again, paid big money for my steam mop and looked after it well. When a small part just crumbles apart you expect to be able to buy a replacement part. I am going back to my Kambrook that still works without issues.
