Its great that Bissell have replacement parts for our carpet cleaner. It would have to be 6-7 years old. First time needing to replace anything on the carpet cleaner. Great communication from Bissell.

I am absolutely delighted that you have not altered the design of the tank, the part most likely to break, and so I could get a replacement for a machine that I don't use all that often and is quite old really. I am most delighted that the wonderful woman who answered the phone took the time to go check what would work for me when thing came up on line, she sent me a photo and I could see it would be a perfect match. Without her I would not have had the use of a perfectly good machine! So well done everyone.
