I was happy with the tracking process as well as Bissell's service
At first I ordered the wrong sized belts by mistake. Once I realised and contacted your customer service department I was told of the process involved with sending it back. I received a refund in good time after you received the belts. The correct order was sent and I didn't have long to wait for my products
